The challenge

Shubhshrey Industries is a Baramati manufacturer. The public story needed a site that looks like a real industrial brand — products, location, a way to enquire — not a one-page placeholder.

Sales still ran on chats and sheets. Enquiries that hit the website had nowhere structured to go, so follow-up depended on whoever saw the email first.

Industrial brand site paired with an internal sales CRM.

The approach

We treated the marketing site and the CRM as one system. The public pages carry the brand and product story. The CRM is the workspace where those enquiries become records, notes, and next actions.

  • Public site: IA for company, products, and contact, designed for a manufacturing buyer who wants proof and a phone number.
  • CRM: internal tools for capturing leads, tracking follow-up, and keeping customer context off informal channels.
  • Handoff: forms and contact paths that land in the CRM instead of dying in an inbox.

What we shipped

The live site is shubhshrey.com — a welding and manufacturing presence with company, contact, and enquiry paths. Behind it, the CRM is where the team works those leads.

No invented traffic percentages here: this case is a web + CRM build. If you need the same pairing — a public site and an internal sales system — start with a call.
